FixFinder is a platform that connects homeowners with independent service professionals. We do not provide the actual home services; we facilitate connections between users and service providers.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or service providers
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
- Attempt to circumvent any platform security measures
- Use automated systems to access the platform without permission
5. Service Professionals
Service professionals on our platform are independent contractors, not employees ofFixFinder. While we verify credentials and conduct background checks, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by professionals.
6. Payments and Fees
Payments for services are made directly to service professionals. FixFinderdoes not process payments between users and professionals. Any fees charged byFixFinder will be clearly disclosed before you incur them.
7. Reviews and Content
By posting reviews or other content, you grant FixFinder a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content. You are solely responsible for content you post and agree it will be truthful and not violate any laws or third-party rights.
8. Intellectual Property
The FixFinder platform, including its design, logos, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.
9. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR THE ACTIONS OF SERVICE PROFESSIONALS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIXFINDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FixFinder and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to Terms
